Maztech’s laser rangefinder (LRF) receiver sensor integrates the high-gain low-noise Aries InGaAs APD with a custom CMOS application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) as well as signal processing and power conditioning circuitry to provide a LRF receiver core with superior sensitivity and reliable ranging performance.
