We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, and talented Procurement Associate who will be a part of every aspect of the product’s development.

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for the development and launch of core product features. Our vertically integrated company, including operations and engineering staff, are experienced veterans in providing low-power, lightweight solutions for capturing imagery across the spectrum. Key responsibilities include:

Procurement: Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, components, and equipment required for manufacturing operations while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

​

Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of quality goods at competitive prices.

​

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.

​

Cost Analysis: Analyze pricing proposals, evaluate cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate favorable terms and agreements with suppliers to optimize procurement costs.

​

Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure purchased materials meet the required standards and specifications.

​

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and agreements. Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.

 

Forecasting: Forecast demand for materials based on production schedules and upcoming projects to ensure timely procurement and availability of resources.

​

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to procurement, purchasing, and inventory management.

​

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the procurement function and implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

​

Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including production teams, warehouse staff, and management, to understand their procurement needs and address any issues or concerns promptly.

​

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience working as a Purchaser, Buyer, or Procurement Officer in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
