We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET MAUI Software Engineer who is passionate about creating high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of developing applications using .NET MAUI and/or Xamarin with C#.

This role requires expertise in software architecture, design, and implementation best practices. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining mobile applications that seamlessly connect with real-world hardware devices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android using .NET MAUI.

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to create define, design, and deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences.

• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure the best user experience. 

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Write automated software tests to ensure a robust software product.

• Work both individually and as a team member to perform integration tests with mobile applications and real-world hardware devices.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile development.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android using C# .NET MAUI.

• Understanding of mobile application architecture and design principles.

• Experience creating responsive software applications over asynchronous interfaces to other software applications such web servers and/or Bluetooth peripherals.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

 

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience interfacing iOS and/or Android smartphones to electronic devices using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).

• Experience with libraries such as Shiny, Reactive UI, or equivalent.

• Experience creating WPF applications.

• Familiarity with Git.

• Familiarity with software project management platforms such as GitLab.

• Familiarity with configuring software build & automated test DevOps pipelines for mobile applications.

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Location: On-site at any of our three facilities (Irvine, CA /Plano, TX /Stevensville, MT) or 100% remote

 

Salary Range:

• Onsite: $120-$170,000

• Remote: $110-$150,000
